Job Title: Electrical Engineer 

Job Description:

Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for interior fit-out projects? We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to oversee and manage all electrical works for high-end interior projects, ensuring timely execution, technical accuracy, and full compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Design & Planning:

• Review architectural and interior layouts to develop corresponding electrical designs

• Prepare electrical drawings: load schedules, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and circuiting plans

• Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, civil, and interior design teams for integrated planning

• Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and selection of electrical components such as switchgear and distribution panels

🏗️ Project Execution:

• Supervise site installations for lighting, power outlets, DBs, earthing, and ELV systems

• Ensure installations comply with approved designs, specs, and local authority standards

• Oversee inspections, testing, and rectification of snags or system issues

• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to manage timely delivery and installation

📄 Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements

• Coordinate with government authorities for necessary approvals and inspections

• Maintain detailed records including site logs, test results, and as-built documentation

✅ Quality Control & Safety:

• Enforce strict adherence to safety codes and site regulations

• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for electrical teams

• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and interior fit-out best practices

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution

• 4–5 years of proven experience in electrical works for interior fit-out projects

• Strong track record of delivering quality projects within timelines and budgets
