As an EHS Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and environmental compliance across project sites. Your role involves implementing and monitoring the Project HSE Plan, conducting site inspections, and providing guidance on health, safety, and environmental standards. Your proactive approach will foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, implement, monitor, and review the HSE Plan on site

Report monthly to clients and project management on HSE performance

Provide expert advice and hold toolbox talks & HSE meetings with all site representatives

Monitor sites for unsafe practices and ensure compliance with occupational health standards

Ensure compliance with QA procedures, statutory regulations, and EHS requirements

Uphold Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines

Act as a team player, fostering mutual support and collaboration
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
NEBOSH International General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HSE roles

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
-
Proven leadership skills in promoting compliance and safety culture
-
Proactive problem-solving and risk management abilities
