International Management Consultancy (IMC), a reputed professional training and development institute in the UAE, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Educational Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone passionate about education sales and customer relationship management.

As an Educational Counselor, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our professional courses, building long-term client relationships, and guiding prospective students to the right programs that align with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell professional training programs and educational services

• Counsel potential students to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business development goals

• Accurately maintain and update customer information in CRM systems

• Provide timely and accurate feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in educational sales or counseling

• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications

• Strong understanding of customer needs and sales techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi

• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) is preferred
