About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Quality & Professional Development Assistant to support education settings in strengthening quality standards and enhancing professional practice.

This is a dynamic and impactful role suited to an individual with previous experience in education who understands quality frameworks, leadership challenges, and continuous improvement within schools, nurseries, colleges, or education support environments.

You will contribute to professional development initiatives, develop written resources, and provide structured operational support to managers and education leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Development Support

• Assist in the development and coordination of training courses and workshops

• Prepare presentations, course materials, handouts, and follow-up resources

• Support delivery and evaluation of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programmes

Content & Resource Development

• Research and write professional articles on educational practice, leadership, and quality improvement

• Develop guidance documents, toolkits, and structured support materials

• Create practical compliance and development resources for education settings

Quality Improvement Support

• Assist education settings in strengthening provision and improving learner outcomes

• Support reviews of policies, procedures, and operational systems

• Provide practical documentation to help settings meet professional and inspection standards

• Offer structured operational guidance to managers and leaders

Administrative & Consultancy Support

• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and consultancy visits

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Support client communication and follow-up processes

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working within education (school, nursery, college, or education support setting)

• Strong understanding of quality improvement and professional standards in education

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce structured, professional content

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident supporting leaders and managers in professional environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting CPD or training programme delivery

• Knowledge of inspection frameworks or quality assurance processes

• Experience providing leadership or operational support within education
