HR Orb FZC LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Education Centre Coordinator to manage student admissions, communication, and administrative tasks within our learning center. This full-time on-site position in Dubai requires excellent coordination and communication skills to support both students and internal teams in achieving educational goals and a seamless admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end admission process and effectively communicate course offerings to prospective students and their parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings alongside educational counsellors and BU heads.

Guide students through document completion and resolve queries throughout the admissions cycle.

Meet performance targets by converting leads into confirmed admissions.

Maintain strong, consistent communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies.

Organize and maintain documents, student registrations, and data as per KHDA / MOE / ADEK compliance guidelines.

Coordinate with the Test Prep team to ensure student test results are reviewed and shared within 24–48 hours.

Gather student feedback and encourage Google reviews to strengthen the company’s online presence.

Evaluate and process academic applications (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.) and keep detailed MIS records.
Qualifications and Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficient in administrative tasks and documentation.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-
Prior experience in educational administration or coordination is a plus.

Familiarity with UAE education regulatory bodies (KHDA, MOE, ADEK) is an advantage.
