MOJEH, a premier luxury lifestyle magazine established in 2011 in Dubai, is hiring for multiple editorial positions across its print and digital teams, including Deputy Editor, Fashion Director, Digital Editor for MOJEH, and Editor for MOJEH Men. These are full-time, on-site roles based in Dubai, and candidates must be currently based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.

MOJEH is dedicated to showcasing the essence of fashion, beauty, culture, and fine jewelry tailored for the Middle East’s stylish and influential readers. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in fashion and luxury publishing to join a leading voice in regional lifestyle media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage editorial content for both print and digital platforms

• Organize and manage fashion photo and video shoots

• Work closely with writers, designers, and photographers to ensure content aligns with MOJEH’s luxury aesthetic

• Shape and contribute to the magazine’s voice and content strategy

• Edit, proofread, and polish written material to meet publication standards

• Support the development of social media and digital content strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have multiple years of editorial experience in fashion and luxury publishing

• Experience managing photo/video shoots is essential

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Proficiency in digital media and social media management

• Ability to lead a creative team and work under tight deadlines

• Organizational excellence and time management skills

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
