Deliveroo Editions operates innovative, delivery-only kitchens hosting a curated selection of restaurant brands to provide customers with diverse dining options. We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Editions Site Associate to support the Site Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our Editions kitchens in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, including managing maintenance, stock deliveries, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards.

• Support restaurant partners to improve kitchen efficiencies such as labor cost management, stock control, and preparation/service times.

• Coordinate with restaurant account management and rider operations teams to optimize overall site performance.

• Lead training, development, and progression initiatives for on-site staff to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Manage logistical challenges, including order preparation, staffing, inventory, and operational cost control (P&L).

• Maintain a professional and friendly presence in guest-facing roles within dine-in areas, ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Handle conflict resolution and operational issues calmly during busy shifts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (contract catering, events, restaurants, or operations).

• Ability to work shift patterns including nights, weekends, and peak hours (Friday & Saturday evenings).

• Physically fit to manage deliveries and multitask across multiple kitchens.

• Comfortable working in a guest-facing environment with excellent communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to grow within a fast-moving startup environment.
