Job Title: Ecosystem Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecosystem Development Manager to attract and qualify tech startups and scale-ups, particularly in the health-tech and sustainability sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecosystem development, a technical understanding of startup needs, and a proven ability to drive engagement and manage relationships within the UAE’s innovation landscape.

As part of your role, you will research industry trends, develop effective outreach strategies, and guide clients through the licensing and ecosystem integration process. Additionally, you will represent the company at local and international events, collaborate with internal teams, and benchmark against global best practices to continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract and qualify tech startups and scale-ups, particularly in health-tech and sustainability sectors, to join the company’s ecosystem

• Research and monitor industry trends and innovation landscapes to develop effective outreach strategies

• Build and maintain client relationships, guiding them through the license formation process and facilitating ecosystem integration

• Represent the company at local and international events, presenting, meeting delegations, and organizing workshops and networking sessions

• Collaborate with Partner Relations, Government Relations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client support

• Conduct benchmarking with other tech ecosystems to identify best practices and recommend strategic improvements

• Meet sales targets and KPIs, regularly reporting progress and trends to management

Skills & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar ecosystem development role, preferably in health-tech or sustainability

• Background in engineering with technical acumen and a strong understanding of the unique needs of tech startups

• Proven success in attracting and nurturing startups and scale-ups with a track record of meeting sales and engagement targets

• Familiarity with the UAE’s innovation landscape, industry standards, and global trends in technology and entrepreneurship

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
