Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Specialist to oversee our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage the daily functioning of our e-commerce platform, ensure excellent customer service, and help drive sales through strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical, analytical, and customer-focused skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.

• Optimize user experience and interface across all digital platforms.

• Implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve conversion rates.

• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for order fulfillment.

• Work with the design and content teams to keep the website fresh and engaging.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behavior.

• Experience in customer service and sales in an e-commerce setting.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Background in the fragrance or luxury goods industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
