Quest Search and Selection is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Expansion Manager to lead strategic initiatives for entering new domestic and international markets. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in e-commerce, business development, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in market research, strategy development, campaign localization, logistics management, and performance tracking to drive revenue and ensure successful market launches.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement expansion strategies for entering new e-commerce markets

Conduct market research and analyze competitors, trends, and consumer behavior

Prioritize and plan new market launches with leadership

Collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and logistics teams for execution

Design and execute localized campaigns and pricing strategies

Monitor KPIs and optimize performance across markets

Manage logistics and supply chain for new regions

Ensure regulatory compliance (taxes, import/export laws, etc.)

Enhance end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years of experience in e-commerce expansion or business development

Strong analytical and project management skills

Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)

Experience with marketplaces like Amazon and eBay

Familiarity with logistics, cross-border commerce, and customer behavior

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Multilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred:

Experience with global or regional e-commerce operations

Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, social media, email)
