The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Temporary Earned Media Executive to manage PR and influencer marketing campaigns across the Middle East for a 6-month maternity leave cover. The role involves building relationships with influencers, supporting PR campaigns, and tracking campaign performance to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Support the development and execution of PR and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize content reach across digital channels.

Manage PR mailings, press materials, and media outreach to secure top-tier coverage.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future activations.
Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or a related field.

Strong storytelling abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
