This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will deliver outstanding teaching in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum.

• Inspire a love of learning and curiosity in young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.

• Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that supports the holistic development of each student.

• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and enhance the Early Years program.

• Participate actively in pastoral care and extra-curricular activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the subject taught.

• Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK-recognized teaching qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in an Early Years setting preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong classroom management and child engagement techniques.

  • Proficiency in educational technology and ICT tools.

  • In-depth understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

  • Passionate, creative, and committed to continuous improvement.
