Paddington Park Early Childhood Centre in Al Barsha South is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Educator to join their dynamic team, working with children aged 3–5. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for early years professionals passionate about child development, learning through play, and the British EYFS framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, supporting children’s emotional and social growth, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and colleagues. This role begins on July 28th, 2025, and follows a term-time calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, observe, and assess learning for children aged 3–4 using the EYFS framework.

• Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.

• Support children’s emotional, academic, and social development.

• Communicate effectively with parents and maintain regular updates on children’s progress.

• Work collaboratively with classroom assistants and report to the Head Teacher.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education (UK or equivalent).

• Proven experience with the British EYFS curriculum in the UK or a British curriculum setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of child development and early years assessment.

• Excellent communication skills and classroom management abilities.
