About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Early Years Class Teacher to join a growing and supportive team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for an educator who believes in nurturing curiosity, building strong foundations for lifelong learning, and creating joyful, meaningful early childhood experiences.

You will create a warm and stimulating classroom environment while delivering high-quality teaching aligned with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with EYFS

• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

• Organise stimulating classroom displays and learning resources

Assessment & Development

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress

• Maintain accurate developmental records

• Support individual learning needs

Parent & Team Collaboration

• Build strong, positive relationships with parents

• Maintain open and professional communication

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

Professional Contribution

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

• Support nursery events, celebrations, and community activities

• Contribute to continuous improvement within the setting

Requirements

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Childhood qualification (CACHE Level 3/5, Montessori, Bachelor’s in Education, or equivalent)

Experience & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practice

• Experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Knowledge of child development principles
