About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Arabic Lead to join our team in August 2025. The successful candidate will lead the Arabic Early Years team at GEMS Founders Al Mizhar and deliver outstanding instruction in alignment with MOE and EYFS curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Arabic Early Years curriculum across FS stages.

• Deliver outstanding Arabic language instruction aligned with MOE expectations and EYFS pedagogy.

• Guide and mentor Arabic staff, promoting continuous professional development.

• Collaborate with the school leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and practices.

• Support the planning, assessment, and delivery of engaging lessons that meet diverse student needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A B.Ed. or Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic or Early Childhood Education with a PGCE / PGDE / Diploma in Education

• Significant experience teaching the MOE EYFS curriculum

• Prior leadership experience managing a large Arabic teaching team

• Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and MOE Arabic framework

• Proven record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
