Azbuka Nursery is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Center Manager to join their team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves leading the daily operations of the nursery while ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for young children.

The successful candidate will manage a team of educators, develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, foster positive relationships with parents, and create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian, possess strong leadership skills, and bring a proven background in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the early childhood center

• Develop and implement educational curriculum and activities

• Manage and support staff to maintain a high standard of care and teaching

• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Foster a welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes child development

• Monitor the progress of children and support their individual learning needs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• Proven leadership experience in managing early childhood programs

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English

• Strong curriculum development and implementation experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff and families

• High level of organizational and customer service skills

• Passionate about nurturing children and fostering a supportive learning environment
