Operate equipment and perform field operations, ensuring team wellsite performance accountability by the end of training

Manage field operations including engineering design, maintenance, job planning, and operational reporting

Learn well construction processes and roles of service companies

Support engineers and specialists with key tasks such as risk analysis

Manage crews and operational processes effectively within one year

Prepare wellsite reports and conduct post-job debriefings

Contribute actively to a continuous improvement culture across the business
Qualifications and Skills:

Meet minimum degree and experience requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
