GE Vernova is offering a 12-month Early Career Training Program (with a possibility of extension up to 2 years) for fresh graduates in Sales Operations. This program provides hands-on training, technical experience, and business exposure to develop young talent in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Customer Strategy Development
- Develop customer strategies and campaign plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and account managers.
- Drive order growth while ensuring long-term customer engagement.
🔹 Market & Business Operations
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Work with Commercial Operations, Risk, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize business value and minimize risk.
- Maintain pipeline visibility using NEX.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
✔ 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant field.
✔ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Proactive mindset with strong integrity and teamwork skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of power generation and gas turbines (preferred).
✔ Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving abilities.
