Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is hiring an EAP and Trips Coordinator to lead and organize enrichment activities and educational trips that enhance students’ learning experiences. This full-time, on-site position requires someone passionate about student development, confident in planning and logistics, and enthusiastic about creating impactful co-curricular opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all enrichment activities and school trips for students across various year groups.

• Ensure activities and excursions are safe, inclusive, well-organized, and support students’ academic and personal growth.

• Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external providers to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Maintain records of all trips and activities, ensuring compliance with the school’s health and safety standards.

• Manage logistics including transportation, permissions, risk assessments, and scheduling.

• Promote engagement by explaining the importance of extracurricular enrichment to students and the broader school community.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the school’s vision and curriculum goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in event coordination, school activities management, or educational logistics.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work with children in a responsible, caring, and professional manner.

• Familiarity with health and safety requirements for school trips.

• Previous experience in an international school or educational setting preferred.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Must be available to start in April 2025.
