Nord Anglia Education is hiring an EAP and Trips Coordinator to join their team at NAS Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in ensuring that students have access to engaging, well-organized extracurricular activities and trips that enhance their educational experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for student enrichment, helping to foster growth, confidence, and happiness through carefully planned and executed programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate educational trips and enrichment activities for students

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during trips and activities

• Work closely with teachers, staff, and external partners to organize educational outings

• Contribute to the development of the school’s Enrichment Activities Programme (EAP)

• Foster a positive environment for student growth and development

• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding trip details and student participation

• Manage logistics and administrative aspects of the trips and enrichment activities

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong understanding of the importance of enrichment programs for student development

• Experience in coordinating school trips and extracurricular activities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work with children and staff in a safe, supportive manner

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar educational role

• A passion for creating meaningful, engaging student experiences
