Nord Anglia Education, the world’s largest premium international schools organization, is looking for an EAL Teaching Assistant at NAS Abu Dhabi School. The role involves supporting pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) needs and contributing to raising their educational achievements. This is a full-time, on-site role with a start date of Mid August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with EAL needs across the school.

• Collaborate with curriculum and inclusion teams to enhance educational outcomes.

• Develop and maintain assessment and evaluation systems.

• Prepare learning materials and maintain resources for EAL students.

• Stay updated on best practices and new approaches in teaching and curricular development.

• Advise on strategies for developing EAL for individual students.

• Work with the SEN team when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Previous experience as an EAL Teaching Assistant.

• High level of international and inter-cultural understanding.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Candidates ideally based in the UAE.
