LS Retail, a dynamic and innovative company based in Dubai, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented e-Learning Specialist to join the LS Retail Academy team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on designing and developing engaging e-learning courses and certifications to empower partners and customers in mastering LS Retail products.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the e-Learning Manager to design course structures and develop content.

Work closely with product owners and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging training materials.

Implement interactive tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.

Create visual assets such as infographics, animations, and video edits to support learning.

Regularly update and revise training content for accuracy and relevance.

Support exam creation, subtitle editing, and proofreading.

Serve as the main contact for general inquiries about the LS Retail Academy.

Assist customers with questions or issues related to courses.

Maintain an organized, up-to-date Learning Management System (LMS).

Perform operational tasks as needed to support the Academy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, digital learning, education, communications, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in project management.
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or equivalents.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other video editing and graphic design tools.
