LS Retail, a dynamic and innovative company based in Dubai, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented e-Learning Specialist to join the LS Retail Academy team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on designing and developing engaging e-learning courses and certifications to empower partners and customers in mastering LS Retail products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the e-Learning Manager to design course structures and develop content.

• Work closely with product owners and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging training materials.

• Implement interactive tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.

• Create visual assets such as infographics, animations, and video edits to support learning.

• Regularly update and revise training content for accuracy and relevance.

• Support exam creation, subtitle editing, and proofreading.

• Serve as the main contact for general inquiries about the LS Retail Academy.

• Assist customers with questions or issues related to courses.

• Maintain an organized, up-to-date Learning Management System (LMS).

• Perform operational tasks as needed to support the Academy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, digital learning, education, communications, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in project management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other video editing and graphic design tools.
