Marketing Eye FZ LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site E-Learning Developer to support their Sales and Aftersales training verticals. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Arabic & English) professional with experience in creating digital learning content. The candidate will work on both adapting global training materials for the regional market and developing new e-learning content from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and convert storyboards into SCORM-compliant courses.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to create clear, engaging digital learning experiences.

• Develop and maintain branded course templates and ensure consistency in design across Virtual Classroom Trainings (VCTs) and Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs).

• Integrate multimedia components such as voiceovers, videos, animations, and graphics to enhance content.

• Apply gamification strategies to improve learner engagement and retention.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure usability and functionality across various platforms and devices.

• Stay updated on current trends and tools in the e-learning and digital training space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficient in Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD).

• Experience with AI video tools like Synthesia is a plus.

• Strong understanding of ADDIE and/or SAM instructional design models.

• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and e-learning platforms.

• Passion for the automotive industry is an added advantage.
