Emirates is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Web & Mobile Controller to contribute to the development and optimization of Web & Mobile platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and alignment with commercial revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will manage digital channels, products, and services, leveraging next-generation user interfaces to drive innovation and modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Support Emirates Online Sales Development (EOL) and Web & Mobile products.
• Assess business and systems requirements, product research, and customer usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive product delivery and optimization.
• Manage technical/system implementation for new Web & Mobile products and services.
• Develop and maintain business rules for ancillary products via Merchandising Engine (FLX-M).
• Ensure scalable, high-performance digital solutions with IT collaboration.
• Monitor and enhance 40+ functional features in Internet Booking Engine (IBE), Manage My Booking (MYB), and Online Check-In (OLCI).
• Streamline incident management and support processes for EOL systems.
• Provide analytics and reporting insights to optimize products in alignment with commercial priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales.
• Experience in an airline or Airline IT provider (essential) or other Digital/E-Commerce environments.
• Proven expertise in developing Web/Mobile sites and apps, managing interactive technologies.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservation, fares/pricing, and ticketing processes.
• Proficiency in Merchandising Engine (FLX-M) for managing ancillary business rules.
• Business project management skills and logical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and solve complex challenges efficiently.
