About the Role:
Level Shoes is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Trainee to support the online product catalog and digital merchandising process. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury e-commerce within one of the region’s most dynamic retail environments. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate and optimized product data is displayed on the Level Shoes online store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product data management, including the preparation and uploading of product information into the Product Information Management (PIM) system.

• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and visually aligned with the brand’s online standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations and stock teams to reflect real-time availability on the website.

• Coordinate with the technical team to troubleshoot upload or display issues on the site.

• Support cross-functional teams including Studio, Buying, Digital Merchandising, and Trade Marketing.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Excel proficiency for data entry, sorting, and validation tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing product data.

• Collaborative mindset with good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Salesforce.

• Familiarity with product upload workflows and e-commerce content management.
