About the Client:
Our client is a prominent food and beverage manufacturer, distributor, and logistics provider headquartered in Dubai, known for its excellence in delivering FMCG products across the UAE and wider region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow online retail operations across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, marketplace operations, and customer-centric digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand brand presence and optimize performance on leading platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, and Kibsons.

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly e-commerce marketing calendars and platform-specific growth plans.

• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor customer reviews, service ratings, and feedback to enhance digital experience and resolve issues efficiently.

• Manage listings, media assets, pricing strategies, and inventory across all e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience within the FMCG or retail sector (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of online pricing policies, media optimization, and marketplace operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.

• Experience in analyzing e-commerce KPIs and customer behavior.
