Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist to lead and manage our online sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce strategy, enhancing the online customer experience, and driving sales growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s comprehensive e-commerce strategy.

Optimize product listings, web content, SEO performance, and overall user experience to increase traffic and boost conversion rates.

Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and website performance to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns and online sales efforts.

Manage operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, ensuring alignment with internal systems.

Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales strategies.

Oversee inventory levels, fulfillment processes, and logistics coordination with internal departments.

Stay informed on the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Requirements:

Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or in a similar e-commerce management role.

Strong knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics platforms.

Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
