About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily activities across our online store and partnered e-tail platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating between internal teams to drive sales and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt and professional customer service, resolving inquiries, returns, and complaints across platforms.

Process and manage orders, returns, and requests from our e-commerce website and partnered e-tailers.

Monitor and update stock availability daily across all online channels to ensure real-time accuracy.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights to improve sales and conversion rates.

Maintain a structured and up-to-date client database compatible with CRM tools.

Conduct daily audits of our e-commerce store, from landing page to checkout, ensuring smooth user experience and functionality.

Audit partner e-tailor stores weekly to verify live listings and consistency.

Manage online visual merchandising, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.

Organize seasonal product photoshoots in collaboration with e-tail partners.

Create and manage product listings, including details, images, and categorization across all platforms.

Reconcile monthly account statements with the finance department.

Place production orders based on demand forecasting and coordinate with relevant teams for readiness.

Communicate delivery timelines to clients in alignment with logistics and production schedules.

Track the full lifecycle of customer orders and provide status updates through internal reports.

Attend training sessions from e-tail partners and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).

Strong knowledge of inventory and order management processes.

Proficiency in handling product creation and updates for online listings.

Analytical mindset with experience in generating reports and performance insights.
