E-Commerce Manager – Fashion Retail


We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online retail operations. This role involves strategizing and executing e-commerce initiatives to drive sales, enhance user experience, and strengthen brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee website design, functionality, and performance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns tailored for fashion consumers.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and design teams to enhance website content and user experience.
- Optimize the site for conversion rates, SEO, and digital merchandising.
- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
- Lead and mentor a team, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive e-commerce success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- Expertise in visual merchandising and fashion market trends.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Revenue growth and online sales performance.
- Website conversion rates and user engagement metrics.
- Marketing campaign effectiveness (traffic, ROI).
