Job Description:
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the brand’s online presence, managing the e-commerce platform, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience. This role involves overseeing website management, digital marketing, inventory coordination, and aligning online strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and implement online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns tailored to fashion consumers.
- Oversee website functionality, design, and performance to ensure it reflects the brand’s identity and is user-friendly.
- Optimize the e-commerce platform for conversions, including personalized recommendations and size guides.
- Collaborate with designers and IT teams to update content, product descriptions, and images.
- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and product availability.
- Utilize sales data to forecast demand and recommend inventory adjustments.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including web developers, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Build partnerships with external vendors, influencers, and e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of fashion market trends and customer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Experience in visual merchandising and online fashion presentation.
