✅ Key Responsibilities:
🚀 E-Commerce Strategy & Platform Management

Build, execute, and scale a comprehensive e-commerce roadmap across all digital touchpoints
-
Manage product listings, inventory sync, payment integrations, order workflows, and platform UX/UI
-
Ensure seamless performance of the e-commerce storefront (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
📦 Logistics, Fulfillment & Inventory

Lead 3PL relationships, delivery optimization, returns management, and last-mile coordination
-
Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory availability for ongoing campaigns and launches
📊 Performance Marketing & Analytics

Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing)
-
Continuously test and optimize A/B strategies, landing pages, funnels, and conversions
-
Analyze customer journey and sales metrics to drive growth and reduce churn
🤝 Cross-functional Leadership

Collaborate with marketing, tech, product design, and customer experience teams
-
Drive creative storytelling for digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales
-
Troubleshoot tech, ops, or customer issues with agility and ownership
🌍 Fragrance Industry Focus

Leverage domain expertise in perfumery, fragrance development, and olfactory branding
-
Participate in product launches, development meetings, and sensory marketing initiatives

Travel occasionally for sourcing, expos, and vendor relationship management
✅ Requirements & Skills:
-
5–10 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably within fragrance/beauty or startup brands)
-
Background in chemistry, fragrance formulation, or olfactory science is highly preferred
-
Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce
-
Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Hotjar, Klaviyo, etc.)
-
Experience with SEO/SEM/PPC and marketing automation
-
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and user behavior
-
Excellent communication and project management skills
-
Startup mentality: quick thinking, resourceful, results-driven

Willingness to travel and attend industry events or product launches
