E-Commerce Manager – Women’s Fashion (Wardrobe)
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Salary: Up to 18K AED/month (all-inclusive)
A leading retail group in Dubai, renowned for its growing international presence in women’s fashion, is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital sales operations of its wardrobe division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the online presence of an established brand known for its elegance and trendsetting collections.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches tailored to the fashion consumer market.

Work closely with designers and IT teams to ensure timely updates of product descriptions, content, and visuals on the online platform.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, fashion-forward content that aligns with brand identity and drives engagement.

Analyze sales data to predict product demand and make recommendations for inventory adjustments and product mix optimization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Fashion, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail apparel industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, social media) and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
