Biwin is actively seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead its online sales and growth strategy across various digital platforms. This role focuses on managing official online stores and third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Newegg, and Best Buy. The successful candidate will drive performance through strategy, platform management, digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost online sales and visibility. Set annual goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). -
Platform Management:
Oversee listings, content, and pricing across all e-commerce channels. Ensure product information is accurate and user experience is optimized. -
Data Analysis:
Analyze data from platforms to guide decisions. Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment. Prepare detailed reports and sales trend analysis. -
Digital Marketing:
Work closely with marketing to launch e-commerce-specific campaigns. Manage search engine marketing, display ads, and email marketing initiatives focused on customer retention. -
Inventory & Order Management:
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment. Address any logistical or inventory-related concerns. -
Market Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Identify potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.

Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.).

Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytics tools.

Proficient in CRM systems, e-commerce backends, and digital marketing practices.
