Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative E-Commerce Manager – Women’s Fashion & Wardrobe to lead the digital commerce strategy for a well-established retail group in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving online sales, overseeing content management, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring an engaging, trend-forward shopping experience tailored to fashion-savvy consumers across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with seasonal fashion trends.

Coordinate with design and IT teams to ensure timely updates of product content, images, and descriptions across e-commerce platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling digital content and fashion storytelling for websites and social media.

Analyze online sales performance to forecast trends, optimize inventory, and recommend product mix adjustments.

Ensure seamless UX/UI functionality, site navigation, and conversion optimization across all devices.

Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Fashion, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce within the fashion or retail apparel industry.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and analytics platforms.

Strong visual and fashion sense, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and a data-driven approach to online merchandising.
