HRsource, on behalf of a regional retail group, is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to oversee the brand’s e-commerce sites. The role will focus on driving growth, optimizing the customer journey, and improving conversion rates. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, digital marketing strategies, and enhancing the user experience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase online revenue, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.

Continuously optimize site speed, navigation, checkout processes, and product pages to improve conversion rates (CRO) and user experience (UX).

Manage product listings, seasonal promotions, and content updates to maximize sales.

Track and analyze key KPIs, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Optimize the e-commerce site experience for international markets and explore new growth opportunities.

Ensure a seamless shopping experience across all digital platforms, including mobile and desktop.
Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience managing a high-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing tools.

Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improving UX/UI and checkout processes.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Experience with international e-commerce, including multi-currency, multi-region storefronts, and cross-border logistics.
