Job Description:
A prominent pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead its digital commerce initiatives in Dubai. This role is key to expanding the company’s online presence, driving sales, and delivering superior customer experiences in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

• Manage day-to-day operations of online sales platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align e-commerce efforts with the company’s broader goals.

• Analyse digital sales data and consumer insights to optimize online performance and site functionality.

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and business expansion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry.

• Proven expertise in digital commerce strategy and operational execution.

• In-depth understanding of the GCC market and customer behavior.

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

• Must be available for in-person interviews in Dubai.
