We are seeking an E-commerce Growth & Expansion Manager to lead the strategic expansion of our online business into new markets, regions, and channels. This role will focus on market analysis, business development, and operational execution to drive revenue growth and enhance the e-commerce customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, logistics, product, and IT teams to develop and implement expansion strategies that maximize online sales and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Market Expansion:

• Develop and execute e-commerce expansion plans for new domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and customer segments.
• Analyze competitor landscapes, local trends, and consumer behavior to tailor expansion strategies.
• Prioritize and plan market launches and new product offerings in collaboration with leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with marketing teams to create and execute localized campaigns and promotions for new markets.
• Work closely with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
• Coordinate with IT teams to optimize e-commerce platform integrations and user experience.

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:

• Develop and refine product listings, pricing models, and promotions tailored for specific regional audiences.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure market expansion success.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, business development, or digital expansion.
• Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce growth projects and market entry strategies.
• Strong understanding of global e-commerce trends, regional business practices, and online consumer behavior.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplace integrations (Amazon, eBay).
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and cross-border e-commerce operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing regional or global e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Expertise in localization strategies for content, pricing, and customer engagement.
