Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for e-commerce expansion into new domestic and international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential regions, consumer trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze market data to tailor expansion strategies for different regions.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize market launches and product rollouts.
- Work with product, marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure successful expansion execution.
- Develop localized marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales in new markets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and optimize strategies.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies for different markets.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, including taxation, import/export regulations, and customer experience standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, business development, or market expansion.
- Strong understanding of global e-commerce trends and regional business practices.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Multilingual skills are a plus for international market expansion.
