Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic E-Commerce & Digital Growth Lead to drive the commercial success of our fashion brands across direct-to-consumer (Shopify) and wholesale channels. You will be at the intersection of product, marketing, operations, and growth, delivering impactful campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and expanding our wholesale footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Website Management

  • Manage and enhance the Shopify platform, including navigation, collections, pricing, and merchandising.

  • Plan and execute product launches, pre-orders, and promotional campaigns in sync with supply chain and marketing timelines.

  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and integrate new features.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, email, and performance marketing.

  • Oversee media budgets, track KPIs (CAC, ROAS), and optimize spend for maximum ROI.

  • Coordinate with content teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned and timely.

Wholesale Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure high-value wholesale partners, concept stores, and market expansion opportunities.

  • Develop line sheets, pricing decks, and sales materials for retail partners.

  • Monitor sell-through performance and adjust strategies for maximum sales impact.

Product Launch & Content Coordination

  • Ensure all product data, descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate and launch-ready.

  • Manage seasonal catalogs, align DTC and wholesale drops, and distribute digital assets to partners.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and report on key metrics: traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, and retention.

  • Recommend and execute A/B tests and conversion funnel improvements.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Maintain a high-quality customer journey from discovery to post-purchase.

  • Implement customer service tools, FAQs, and process improvements for seamless support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Business.

  • 6–8 years in e-commerce and digital marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

  • Advanced Shopify expertise and strong digital marketing skills.

  • Experience managing paid media and interpreting analytics for decision-making.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
