Chef Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to join their growing Dubai-based team. This is a 3-month full-time internship with potential for permanent placement. The successful candidate will support the E-Commerce Product & Development Manager in managing product listings, coordinating pricing updates, optimizing website features, and enhancing digital customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Product & Data Management: Maintain accurate product listings, perform bulk uploads, and conduct regular site audits.

Pricing Updates: Execute monthly pricing changes, update unit weights and case factors, and ensure accurate addition of new items.

Website Optimization: Implement filters, update allergens and attributes, and fix platform errors.

Customer Engagement: Support digital sales through tele-sales and assist customers with platform-related issues.

Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to align product data with promotional campaigns.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields

Prior experience in e-commerce administration or digital sales

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficient in product listing tools and e-commerce platforms

Excellent communication and team coordination skills
