Grand Millennium Al Wahda is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth service delivery, addresses guest concerns, and maintains high standards of service. The Duty Manager will manage and coordinate various departments and ensure the overall functioning of the hotel during their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring a smooth workflow across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and security.

• Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and issues promptly.

• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures during shifts.

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to maintain effective communication and coordination.

• Handle emergency situations and incidents, communicating with the relevant parties.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to meet quality standards.

• Assist with training and onboarding new colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain records of activities and incidents during shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.

• Understanding of hotel policies, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
