Rotana Hotels is hiring a Dry Cleaner to join their laundry team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves ensuring timely and high-quality dry cleaning services for hotel guests, maintaining machinery, and supporting a professional and efficient laundry operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Correctly mark all items for dry cleaning.

• Check garments for color fastness and any damage prior to dry cleaning.

• Refill chemicals, clean filters, and service dry cleaning machines as needed.

• Operate dry cleaning machines and maintain high standards of cleaning.

• Load and unload machines with the correct load amounts.

• Ensure proper operation of all machinery and report defects.

• Change machine padding when needed and assist/train colleagues in dry cleaning processes.

• Adhere to all fire and safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Vocational training in laundry operations preferred.

• Previous experience as a Dry Cleaner in a high-volume laundry.

• Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude.

• Customer-focused, courteous, and approachable personality.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
