Position Title: Heavy Bus Driving Instructor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and evaluate training programs for heavy bus drivers, focusing on safety and operational efficiency.

• Conduct induction sessions and refresher courses for drivers and bus guardians.

• Design, develop, and update training materials to align with evolving industry standards.

• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend learning and development plans.

• Collaborate with operations teams to customize training programs aimed at enhancing productivity and service quality.

• Continuously monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Certified in training delivery (e.g., Train the Trainer qualification).

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training design and delivery within the transportation, mobility, or education sectors.

• Proven expertise in defensive driving training.

• Strong communication, course design, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu.

• Currently residing in the UAE.
