We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman with a strong background in interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing precise technical drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring that all plans meet industry standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.

• Prepare shop drawings and joinery details for interior fit-out and renovation works.

• Coordinate closely with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, feedback, and design changes.

• Ensure all drawings are compliant with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.

• Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of all drawing packages.

• Maintain organized drawing logs and support documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or renovation projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is an advantage.

• Strong technical understanding of architectural and interior design elements.

• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret and visualize design intent accurately.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
