Job Summary:
Vedanta’s Fujairah Gold division is seeking a Dore Sourcing Expert to join its team in the UAE. This is a strategic full-time, on-site role responsible for sourcing gold and silver doré bars from reputable and compliant global suppliers. The role demands a forward-thinking professional with deep industry knowledge, strong sourcing strategy skills, and compliance expertise aligned with international standards (LBMA, DMCC, OECD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for gold and silver doré from globally recognized and compliant mines.

• Conduct and manage thorough due diligence in line with LBMA, DMCC, and OECD compliance protocols.

• Establish long-term purchase agreements and contracts through legally vetted processes.

• Oversee banking procedures, logistics coordination, and all export/import-related documentation.

• Define pricing strategies for sourced metals in alignment with global market dynamics.

• Manage supplier relationships and explore new sourcing geographies and business growth avenues.

• Drive product diversification and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.

• Benchmark global best practices and incorporate analytics for continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing or technical roles within the precious metals industry (gold, silver, platinum).

• Deep knowledge of raw material procurement for precious metal production.

• Proficient in handling international banking, logistics, and trade documentation.

• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and contract management abilities.

• Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and global environments.
