SKM Air Conditioning LLC is hiring a Document Flow Administrator / Document Controller for its Aftersales Division in Sharjah, UAE. This role is pivotal in managing documentation processes, ensuring accurate records, and supporting cross-functional coordination across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support teams. Candidates must be Arabic speakers with strong organizational skills and experience handling documentation and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all documentation for Aftersales orders and contracts.

Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams for approvals, bank guarantees, and contract clearance.

Handle customer registrations and vendor portal updates.

Translate Arabic documents and communicate with Arabic-speaking clients as needed.

Assist with invoice creation, submission, and client portal uploads.

Track bank guarantees, gate pass arrangements, and tender documentation.

Participate in bi-weekly accounts receivables follow-up meetings.

Provide administrative support for accurate order booking and internal compliance.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in HVAC or MEP service companies is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Fluent in English (spoken & written); Arabic required, Hindi/Urdu is a plus.

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with excellent coordination skills.
