United Al Saqer Group’s Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their on-site operations in Mussafah ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi. Royal Joinery is a specialized carpentry and woodwork unit catering to high-profile projects requiring top-tier workmanship and international standards. The selected candidate will manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, maintain accurate records, and support project teams with document control procedures.

This role suits professionals with a background in joinery or construction and who possess at least 5 years of document management experience. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision, organization, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents including letters, invoices, and contracts

• Draft and send outgoing documents such as memos and letters

• Maintain a structured digital database of all project and company documents

• Organize and archive both physical and electronic files per internal protocols

• Track and monitor specific project-related documentation (e.g., payment certificates, approval requests)

• Support technical teams by managing access to drawings, reports, and other related files

• Ensure timely and efficient document retrieval when requested by staff

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Secondary School Certificate or Diploma

• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within a reputable organization

• Strong background in joinery or construction industries

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage large volumes of documents in a fast-paced environment
