Vanderlande, a global leader in airport logistics solutions, is seeking a Document Controller (Industrial Projects) to join their Dubai team. The role involves managing and coordinating all document control procedures for industrial projects, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with standards. This includes handling technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and maintaining a secure document archive.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Document Control procedure, including templates, formats, and updates.

• Handle project documents, drawings, submittals, and correspondence, ensuring timely submission and quality.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document database for easy retrieval.

• Distribute the latest documents to staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Keep detailed control logs, reports, and archives in safe custody.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet submission timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in document control within a project environment.

• Strong knowledge of record-keeping and document management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control software.

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
