📝 Role Overview:
As a Document Controller at AECOM, you will manage the flow of technical documents and support project and office operations, ensuring document control compliance across engineering and construction projects.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all project documentation including drawings, specs, reports

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Prepare transmittals, meeting minutes, and document distributions
-
Support project and office teams with administrative and documentation tasks
-
Assist with mock-ups of O&M manuals and job data books
-
Track office furniture and site equipment inventory
-
Liaise with environmental managers for departmental needs and event support
-
Collaborate with secretaries and project admins to ensure smooth office operations
📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Diploma in any relevant field
-
5+ years of document control experience in engineering/construction
-
Proficient in ACONEX, Prolog, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiar with document scanning and indexing tools

Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
-
Ability to write professional correspondence and reports in English
