• Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Director of Sales to manage and lead teams of sales representatives. The Director will be responsible for selling solutions within specific geographies or product segments, managing client communications, proposals, and meetings, and meeting sales quotas. The role requires expertise in sales leadership, strategic planning, and talent development while fostering long-term customer relationships. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams of sales representatives.

• Interface with clients, handle communications, proposals, and meetings.

• Prospect in new areas for existing accounts and develop long-term client relationships.

• Use CRM systems to track sales activities and performance.

• Attract, develop, and coach talent to enhance team performance.

• Set strategic sales plans and motivate teams to achieve quotas.

• Represent Hexagon with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership and managing sales teams.

• Strong ability to meet sales targets and quotas.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Expertise in sales management, coaching, and strategic planning.

• Knowledge of digital reality solutions and industrial applications is a plus.
